Friends of Cheney Row Park

Cheney Row Park is part of the Lea Valley regional park and in 2019 it received £1.2M regeneration investment from the council, this included bringing in nature based play spaces and the planting of 400 trees and large wild flower meadow areas. It has several wilderness areas throughout the park.

Volunteer with Friends of Cheney Row Park

People can sign up to our mailing list, from the homepage, friends of Cheney Row Park to hear when we have an event planned. Events include litter picking, wild flower meadow maintenance, tree planting aftercare (watering and weeding), making bird boxes, bramble clearance, and so on. We have also had landscape drawing sessions.
