Under the watchful eyes of Tim Hewett and Clive Meredeen residents from across the borough have been cajoling coddling and cosseting seedlings for our delight.

This nurture of nature will culminate in a large installation of plants for everyone to enjoy.

All of the resident involved will be able to meet like-minded growers and compare notes.

At the end of the day the plants may be taken back home for a little more love.
